Was not my drop but it dropped from an emergency mission (A boss with 16 million HP. we won with 28 seconds left) and the person it dropped for came as black mage so it's 100% random.

I was in Cool Boy's instance lol. the WHM 280 owner said they had acc, crit, det and speed on it. one of the sub stats was 160 and another was over 100 too
