[Dev Request] More Wedding Chapels

In Final Fantasy XI, there were chapels all over the games world, of which you could get married. It got me thinking, what If you could have a Limsa Lominsian, Thanalanian, Kugane, Ishgardian, Doman, or an Ala Mhigan styled wedding. It would also be cool to get married in future city states, such as Old Sharlayan, or Thavnair. The Gridanian chapel is nice, but honestly I would prefer other locations. It would also be cool if they adhered to each of their countries local customs.

I'm not one to use the feature, but this would be a neat addition for learning more lore about the city states.

Limsan Wedding: One of the partners gets knocked out with a club and lifted over the shoulder. Wedding done.

Ul'dahn Wedding: Both partners come with a list of conditions and demands that are being negotiated on stage. Once the contract is signed, the priest puts a stamp on it and the two leave. The dresscode for both genders are suits with a tie, not long gowns.

And what of those who already got married? Would seem a tad unfair if they would of rather had it in other places.

They could make an eternal vow renewal ceremony, so that previously married couples could renew their vows to each other.

Another thing they could do is annul the wedding and do the quest again in the new chapel. And yes there is a free option. Not ideal, but it would work.

Still, would rather resources went into new things, rather than adding the exact same thing in just a new spot. Sure it may seem nice, but at the end of the day, all you get is the exact same things, and then what would truly be the point of all that? A few cut scenes with a different background? Not worth it

Exactly, and what If every chapel had different options. I.e. Instead of moogles, in Thanalan you could have Amalja, Hildebrand, or even the Sultana herself lead the wedding ceremony. I would personally find a Hildebrand wedding really amusing.

Oh yeah, and why not a mount too, so you have to keep buying Renewals/New Eternal Bonds to get them all too?
