I honestly think that after a while all those exclusive items will be obtainable in other ways,
I just hope they won't reach the Mog Station.

Try to figure how many people that actually got those reward will still play FFXIV in 2 years for example, maybe you will see just 2 people with the top 10 Crown of Season1,
so there will be a 3d model just for 2 players who probably won't even vanity it at that time.

I'm not saying it will be right, but probably you will see a wider amount of players getting them,
and so I would rather see them drop from pvp content and with a skill cap to reach, not just with a insane grind.
(And maybe call all these items "Replica" in honor to who really achieved it in the right moment)

I think seasonal rewards should be exclusive to those who participated and won them. If they get accessible any other way... i won't benefit as a competitive player.. maybe only from having titles rewards?. I participate for months only to deserve titles? while others are able to get minions and now they want mounts and gears from old seasons? whats the point of competitive seasons then , lol?

I believe if rewards stay exclusive, it will encourage more players competing in the mode to get them and making it active. also SE already give same rewards every 2 seasons for people that lost to have another chance to get them. you already have 2 long chances of each set of rewards for like 3 months each season? I don't see any problem..

I will be curious what will happen to the feast once 4.0 comes, will the feast becomes the new fold and everyone completely forget it. 4.0 will introduce a new lvl 70 lets call it the fall. Im pretty sure there will be a very small group of players complaining about no one plays the feast any more and SE should do something to bring players back to play it again.

I mean, they took my 2013 timed exclusive Snow/Lightning gear and hairstyles and put them in cash shop for new players (many of you including) to buy. Do you see me complaining about it? No. Because I'm not selfish and don't care if other peeople will enjoy it too. Not sure why others can't act this healthy way.
