Where they using CD and was their gear broken as well? wow.Last night on Dusk Vigil, my party tried blaming me because the tank kept wiping. Keep in mind, we haven't even hit the first boss yet.
Anyway, Stoneskin and Protect are up. I wait for tank to pull aggro. He does, I throw out Medica 2 for the party and Regen for the tank so that I can safely DPS.
Well, tank wipes, even after some Cure 2 tosses. Alright, now for the next pull I do Divine Seal buffed Medica 2 and Regen for tank. Seems fine, suddenly tank wipes AGAIN.
I then proceed to get blamed by the entire party for not holding the tank up. I politely stated that if the tank can't survive these regular pulls with Medica 2 and Regen on him, I will just take my leave. I hated leaving, but felt so satisfied at the same time. ;D

To be honest I'm not sure for CDs....I didn't think to pay close attention since we hadn't even made it to the first boss. Tank was WAR by the way.
Gear wise, not over level but not under aside from necklace. I've played that dungeon numerous times with no issue which just irked me catching the blame for an inexperienced tank. I gladly apologize when I know I'm at fault, but this was not one of those times in my opinion.

So, I get Stone Vigil normal for mentor roulette with a sprout tank.
Surprisingly, he was fine, a little rocky going in but very open to suggestions when I gave advice. He wasn't the problem. The problem came from the Dps with us. They didn't do it intentionally (hoping it wasn't) but during the final hallway toward the last boss, the BLM gets seen by the enemies in the side room so we now have 5 Ice Sprites and 3 Aevis mobs and I unfortunately rip hate from the tank so I go down. The tank then just starts hailing down the hall back to the 1st boss room but eventually everyone but the MNK is dead. We respawn and go meet up with the MNK and as I cast Protect, I immediately get aggro but nothing is attacking me or even in sight. Apparently, the previous mob was still aggro'd to the MNK and were still on their jog back from wherever the tank died. Before I could say anything, the Tank continued down the hall and sure enough the hoard comes back and rekts us again.
I died a little inside that day

Playing as a PLD, having to heal the healer because they can't dodge Extreme Caution, and keep getting caught by Griffon wide AOE move in in Wall Dungeon. Decent geared, refuses to sprint even though they were a mage. What is even worse I ended up with them x2 in a row O.o

Taking a peek at the Healer Roles forums on the past few days. Truly horrific.
Bossy scrub pld in A9N, eats concussion 6 times in a row. I mention it, and he basically tells me to STFU. says I'm being carried and I'm trash.
So, I stop spam healing him and switch to raid/OT healing. He's dead in 3 GCD. Gets raised, dies again. We wipe when Faust hits the fire because DPS is too low.
Remember who is keeping you alive when you bitch out a healer.
It's like the quickest way to make a Healer hate your guts. Die because of your own stupidity then blame the Healer for it. Had this with a Bard yesterday and his DPS was awful but he was German and the others were German so they auto take his side over the not German. If you die because not moving I don't want to see "pfft" in chat, you can eat floor for all I care for the rest of the run.

Had a Dun Scaith run to forget this last week. Co healer was a WHM with around 16k health so just enough to really enter the raid. I think to myself, no problem as long as they avoid what can be avoided and even a death or two on the run won't be bad. Even if they are new they should still be able to help heal through most of it right? Nope, they ate floor constantly and were not the only ones but I was rezzing them 2x for every one of the DPS so I eventually had to cut my losses and focus on the oens that died less often. I got to use LB3 at least once on every boss in there as we continually lost over half the party to avoidable mechanics... Just to lose half of them within 12 seconds afterwards. It was wonderful that they felt so inclined to spread out so very few of my AOE heals could hit more than three at a time too. One of the DPS complained about my use of LB3 on the first boss saying it was a waste with 5 of my alliance on the ground. I spent most of the fights working hard to not go OOM from rezzing and trying to keep people up. I even tried to speak to them but they were more inclined to just push on without talking much. Then my co-healer decided to deliberately lock themselves out for Diabolos at the end so I got to solo heal it. Usually not a problem if people avoid most of the avoidable stuff. That day, not so much. More LB3 to keep my alliance going and we managed to just barely clear it as I ran OOM. I've never went OOM like that since reaching 60. I told them I was going to go cry in a corner after that run. #basicmechanicsarehard
Was helping a friend run his story Ramuh HM for MSQ. Main tank kept getting the blue orbs because "he couldn't trust the healers 70% of the time," when me and my friend were healing. He spent most of the battle at 70%+ HP bc regens and fairy so I was like ??????????
When Rolling Thunder comes, there were no orbs to take cause he was taking them all. Tank continues to blame the people with Rolling Thunder for taking too many orbs and screwing him over, when it was obviously the other way around.
