    How does that translate to "needs to be a ward in Ishgard" though?

    New wards can go anywhere, even in existing ones.

    We asked for more Oriental Furnishings, they gave us an Oriental Housing Ward.

    Ask for more Ishgardian Furnishings, and they'll give us...? That's my hope anyway.
