    You have a lot of additional acc. because of the earrings. Just use the Proto Ultima earrings. (http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/Z3W7) You can just switch out the weapon for the Alex wep.
    (BTW is my character image and info showing up? I haven't used this site lot)
