Pretty harsh calling it useless and skewed then if you don't have any idea how it actually goes.

I think one of the most important things of that chart was to show that the current system favors tanks and healers. I'd prefer things to be so that everyone has an equal shot at junk loot.

That can't really happen though without individual loot drops which in turn will not happen because they want people running content.

Can't really adjust loot to different roles neither can you give a better chance of getting x loot to more popular jobs at the expense of those who enjoy playing the less popular ones. It's just something people need to accept if they chose to play a job that is commonly played across the playerbase.

Since you are opting for a sub-par method for your own needs (seals etc), why are you so concerned with the utility of that method to others?
I don't see how any of the alternatives you proposed devalues others' claims against your "need". You may as well consider an alternative before demanding others to adjust.

Rich coming from someone who's telling everyone to "adjust" their playing routines to match your own.

Urm others have the exact same method available to them, it's your fairytale that they don't.
