Forum Avatars and Underwear

Just to start off, I love how our character from Lodestone is our avatar now. Something that has always bugged me, however, is that they are perpetually in their undies. This was less of an issue before today, but now everyone is sitting there staring at each other's avatars posing nearly in the buff.

I'm not sure how likely it is, but it would be nice if one of the following happened:
a) Upon joining a Grand Company, your Lodestone character is displayed wearing the uniform of their respective Company.

b) Your character is displayed wearing the armor they had equipped at the time of the last Lodestone information update (i.e. when achievements and levels are updated).

Thoughts?

I think making forum/lodestone avatar wear the same armor of your in-game character will be hard to implement.

I'd rather like to be able to choose which one of the avatars in my Lodestone collection I'd like to use.

Currently both the Lodestone and the Forum automatically pick the most recent one? Sometimes I want to use old avatar from the event that had already ended.

I think Lodestone needs some extended period of time to update your avatars.
