Thats a shameThank you for your support for the Fan Festival 2016-2017 live streams!
There are no plans to add other items to the Dream of the Fayth exchange as these are intended to be gifts for those that attended, or watched, the Fan Festival events.
We leave it to the each player to decide if they'd like to hold onto the leftover items as keepsakes or to discard them.
Trading would have been a nice gift for the people that don't care to buy a whole stream package when the items they want have nothing to do with the stream. This is a letdown.
Typical SE PR response.
Not cool. At least let us give them away to someone who wants the item.
i dont know what was expected really, expecting a further reward was already a bit on the far side, the outfits were incentives for those who bought the livestreams/festivals, we all knew they wouldn't be trade-able and we all knew they wouldn't add a "surprise new 3rd item" so to speak, this was all pretty concrete before the fan festivals even begun, as for the final four tokens as said, keepsake, being able to afford all three live streams doesn't mean there should be three rewards, the reward was the live stream access at the end of the day. just my two cents.
I just bought a Yuna outfit for me, a Tidus outfit for my Xaela Male retainer, and a Yuna outfit for my Keeper of the Moon Female retainer. And anyone who seriously spent the money just to acquire the items should rethink their spending habits. I got to watch the fanfest presentations from home and a little something extra on the side. You're paying for more convenient fanfest access and the items are an incentive/bonus on top of that, nothing more.
Words to live by.Expecting everybody to play the game the way you do is not a way to foster a pleasant experience for anybody.
imo even including the bonus items in the price I wonder if stream was worth $30 (more on the no side) but if going to take the bonus items out of the equation then I would definitely without hesitation say I don't think it was worth $30. But to each their own how they want to spend their money.I just bought a Yuna outfit for me, a Tidus outfit for my Xaela Male retainer, and a Yuna outfit for my Keeper of the Moon Female retainer. I wasn't expecting anything extra, but when the items were announced, people reasonably assumed that the minion and outfit codes would be separate, so I and several of my FCmates were happily planning to gift our extras to friends who wouldn't or couldn't buy the streams. I'm sure people can understand how disappointing it was to find out that wouldn't be possible.
I just wanted to make my in-game wife happy with a Yuna outfit for his ladyRoe, is that so wrong?
And in your opinion, it may not be. I'll concede that a lot of things SE is charging for lately have been a tad overpriced. I don't mind paying the extra because I've stuck with the game this long, I like what Square does in general (and have since the NES era), and I want to support this game and see it live as long as possible. That may seem stupid and naive to you, and you're entitled to your opinion.imo even including the bonus items in the price I wonder if stream was worth $30 (more on the no side) but if going to take the bonus items out of the equation then I would definitely without hesitation say I don't think it was worth $30.
