However if you get caught doing that prepare for the ban hammer. You're not supposed to trade cash shop items for gil. (source: the red part at the bottom)
However if you get caught doing that prepare for the ban hammer. You're not supposed to trade cash shop items for gil. (source: the red part at the bottom)You can get gift a friend codes when you purchase them on Mog Station.
In regards to my previous comment it works like this. Player A gives Player B 5.5mil for Player B to purchase Player A a code off the Mog Station. Player B gives Player A the code in exchange for gil. That is how they get past the untradeable barrier.
In WildStar, I can buy a decor pack containing 10 Aquatic Longleaf, 10 Longleaf Pad (single), 3 flitterfly (a kind of butterfly thing), 10 cattails, a waterfall cascade (twin), a waterfall cascade (single), 5 longleaf pads (cluster), a waterfall cascade (diverted), 5 longleaf pads (flowering), 2 flitterflies (groups of the butterflies), and a waterfall cascade (multiple) for LESS than $5. That's 49 individual decor pieces for less than what SE wants to charge for a single item.
SE's prices are absurd.
5 dollars is too much when ideally to make it look nice you want 3-10
I agree that $5 is a reasonable price. God forbid the 16mil gil price of the actual event cherry tree.
I get what you're saying, personally I like seeing them mix-matched with other things rather than just a solid clump of trees. Like one tree, two max, a handfull of those smaller pink blossom bushes, a bridge, a pond, a series of stepping stones and a fire and some benches would be pretty. Wouldn't have to pay more than $5-10 for that, and if you got the two tree deal you basically get the pretty mat and umbrella for free. I would say it's a good deal considering, and it definitely should bring the mb prices on those trees down a bit.It really depends on your design. If you place the tree as a center or corner piece then you will probably only need 1, but if you try to set it up along the edge or an alley design, it will add up quickly. Here's my previous outdoor bar yard design:
Feels a little self flattery to say this myself, but I think it looks pretty and chilly at night. Would cost you $25 (and probably another $10 for the two lamps) if you try to replicate it now by mogstation though.
I really just don't understand how anyone in this thread can say that $5 for a single decor can be okay. For $25, I could buy OVER 250 decor items in the WildStar cash shop - probably closer to 300 or 350, as decor packs are somewhere between $3-4.
This is a complete rip-off. >_>

Even if I were a millionaire I would have a hard time finding $5 a fair price for a damned virtual tree.
They should put a pack of 5 tree for $5 and a single one $1.25 . The reason is , this item was really wanted so , many people will go buy it . Well, they choose their prices ^^"
Or some million gils to buy a tradeable event tree from last year
