ceti is a combination of a 30% and 35% weather, which appears 2-3 times per day on average, lol

These comments make me fear the grind for patch 3.5 fish. I didn't get around to attempting them yet. Very strange that there's no reward if they are that hard/unlikely to catch. Why couldn't they place a reward on that last achievement - an item or at least a title. Other kinds of content get exclusive mounts and all kinds of stuff for reaching the pinacle.
