I agree that it help, but it would be better not focus on a write paper while healing/doing things in game, i would have loved to put some echo macro put it would require to make a lot of them while making an icon into the skill would greatly enhance the peace of the fight (and our mind too).

You're right, having the note is distracting, but it's just a reminder until you've got it straight in your head. I used a small notepad window on my other monitor, but a sticky note would serve much the same function.

Honestly the suggestion was to put a tiny icon on the Draw ability (when replaced by a card)... I'm not sure squinting down at the icon ("is that a plus or a clock?") is really better than glancing at a note.

In my opinion, it would be better, if the icon are easy to read, a circle with a dot for the spread, for the clock put the digit lines (with a small dot between) without circle it'll be fine, and as for the third, just this "^" is enough, make them easy to recognize and it'll be fine.
as it is not my main job, i tend to forget easily wich skills does what (when not playing the job for a period of time), so it would really help me to keep track of that.
