Moogle Primal Fight - What do you think is the catalyst?

From what we know of the current story (and ifrit fight), what do you think is the cause of us fighting the Primal Moogle? It just seems like something thrown in for fun since we don't know too much about the moogles.

I'm just curious as to what others think would be the reasoning, yes it'll be explained when it's here, but it's something different from the usual banter posted over and over lately.

For those that don't know, in FFXI we also fought against moogles, but the reasoning there was one rose up and decided "Hey, we're slaves no more" and well, beat down ensues.

I hope they have some really crazy mechanics during the fight ..

I would like to see him cast classic spells like miniature and toad on us.

I actually liked that fight...

75%... WATCH OUT HE GUNNA BLOW ( Quickly HEAL THE TANK!)
*He's Sending out his BLM Minions!, KILL THEM!*
*Fat Moogle regains 10% for being Cure V a Bunch of times by the White Mage Moogle on the Pillar*

Repeat Cycle...

Around 20% he Starts Spamming everything! >.<

Yeah, nothing like watching your WHM get one shotted by a washtub because she was at low HP lol.

Yeah, moogles are the perfect way to make a throwback, especially if we're fighting it. It makes me curious since moogles so far in FFXIV seem very peaceful and so to say "out of the way".

The Moogles, discontent with inadequate representation for a franchise they were once on the box art and cart cover for, are back with a vengeance. Or for vengeance. Whatever.

I really love this Boss battle theme, the Beginning gave me a shot of Adrenaline Rush and the Goosebumps...

I sure hope some kind of theme in 2.0 or even before hand like a Major Boss battle to try to stop Meteor something like that.
