Ok, what exactly is happening?

Ok so first things first, The Feast is locked to i150 which means BLM casting times are lower than what we are currently used to due to gear stats.
Now if you look at the GIF, that BLM is casting Fire IVs with roughly 2s cast time which is abnormal, for more detailed info you can check a reddit post that was made about the same "issue" and BLM: https://www.reddit.com/r/ffxiv/comme...vered_someone/

What's really sad is that SE says they taking cheating and win trading seriously. Yet we've reported people like this and others many many times. No matter how many people we get to report from our community nothing gets done. I honestly can't take the Feast rankings seriously anymore after this season.

Can't exactly expect Square-Enix to turn a blind eye to parsing, but crack down hard on people using the same or similar tools in PvP.

Except one modifies the Client in a Hardcore Way and does Indeed interrupt the Gameplay for Players by having a extremely Advantage over them, the other does nothing but tells Numbers and dependend on the User, he may call out others on their Numbers, nothing more.
