New Housing Zone + Moving existing house

I have a feeling it will be the same shit show back in 2.X series. Where the servers will go down for maintenance and people will spam connect and whoever gets in first gets first dips on the new housing and by the time you login, all houses will be gone. This only applies to highly populated servers, no issue on low populated servers.

Also worried about this however I am one of those people that generally sit on the launcher spamming until the green light flashes on (Maintainence is usually kind to me and ends at 8pm local time).

It likely will be the case, however I am fine with that.. My only concern is that current home owners will be at a disadvantage and won't get the opportunity to move without relinquishing their house..

On a side note, I didn't see this but was there any mention of a further increase in wards? I have been keeping up with everything for the most part so I am assuming this was not mentioned.

Unfortunately no I don't believe so - that'd be nice :P, but I assume we would likely get another apartment structure which have a decent number of dwellings themselves. I checked the google doc and a few of the main websites before saying that, of course missing information could be missing but I feel fairly certain there was no word of it.

I suspected as much, I just wasn't able to watch the stream so couldn't see how much detail they went into housing increases etc - and from most of the transcripts / notes, they were very vague and didn't have much more than one liners so thought it might have been said but not noted.

My hope, however unlikely, is not only will be able to move both our FC/Personal houses but we can upgrade them-- with whatever we have currently being put up for vacancy instantly.

Not specifically about the expansion but that there was talk that they may add that feature? I am just going from memory and don't have a source, and it was far from a confirmation of "will" and more on the topic of "maybe"..

Haha thanks It is a Large. Plot 58 in Lavender sub division. I am kind of in love with it though I can never find the right angle to show it off in a screenshot :P Each little "section" has a certain feel to it that I can never seem to truly show off in a screenshot. Also looks so amazing at night! I will post some more at night time if you care

Vague is very accurate , and thank you <3. If I hear something during the live letter, I'll bump the thread but having checked the transcripts I think people did a good job compiling info - just wasn't a big dump of info to be had. Of course they're probably saving it for the live letters to be had from now to release. Hype train is not over haha, choo choo xD
