    Sure, but until then expect disappointed tanks and healers. That said I have heard some healers and tanks who seem kind of excited by the thought they might be able to cash in by charging dps to give them shorter queues for their dungeons. Basically rent-a-tank/healer.

    The job actions video for all the new actions in HW was added to youtube at the end of may of 2015. More than likely they are following the same pattern that they did back then.

    So we most likely won't know anything about the changes until May.

    Just read this:

    Q: What can expect from the combat revamp and how will the abilities be handled?
    Y: What we're not going to be doing is we are not going to be rebuilding it from the ground up. So we're going to concentrate on two things with this revamp. During the course of the 3.X series and the introduction of more actions the action rotation that was necessary for high DPS became very complex so we started seeing a big gap form regarding the skilled and casual players and we wanted to bring up the bottom. The second thing is currently with Final Fantasy XIV a lot of players use the controller so with the amount of actions it's getting very difficult for a lot of those players to use all of the actions available. So with the raise of the level cap to 70 it's getting to the point where there is not enough ways to use all these actions. So we'll be cutting the number of unused actions and combining similar actions to keep the total number of actions at 70 at about the same it is now. And a final thing is currently with a lot of the jobs one thing that has become very clear is that a lot of jobs have to monitor a tremendous amount of buff icons so we want to create a job specific UI to alleviate this and make monitoring these buffs easier. As for showing these new implementations we're going to balancing and tweaking all the way up to the release of Stormblood so we may not be able to show you anything specific until the end of May.

    So, the focus is making things easier for DPS and less cluttered for controller users. The focus seems to have nothing to do with making the tanks and healers new and fresh.

    The current balance of Tanks/Healers are so heavily skewed, and Yoshi even admits to this on stage, the man is being smart and taking a risk. By not adding a new Tank/Healer, he knows people will get frustrated, but what about those that play PLD/WHM? These jobs are undesirable compared to their counterparts, he wants to balance these out and fix them. By adding another job into either of these roles, balancing becomes extremely difficult. It's not like tuning DPS, tuning Tanks/Healers takes Mitigation/Offensive CDs/Defensive CDs/HPS/DPS/Buffs/Debuffs into account. I'm a main healer since 2.0, I do end-game raiding on release, am I upset at the lack of new Healers to my role? Of course. Do I understand why he did it? Yes. There's no reason to stomp your foot and pout while having a tantrum, the man isn't out to exclude you on purpose, he's done it for a LEGITIMATE reason. Until Tanks/Healers get fixed properly, I don't wanna see any new members in my roles.

    Hopefully they will add traits. If we get abilities it's probably gonna be abilities from the piece of crap gutted Cross Class system. Maybe a few new ones. Probably won't differentiate the jobs either.

    I mean every Tank should come with a provoke skill. Relying on the CC system to do it was lazy and just bad design. But eh whatever.

    Edit: Taking a risk? Oh please.

    There'd be no point in adding another healer since we already have a Raging Strikes dispenser that can heal, and tanks are in a weird spot with War needing some heavy handed slaps to bring it in line. Until they figure out how to bring tanks and healers all in line, focus on balance, not new shiny
