I hope they make it so you can switch personal houses though i doubt they would let you upgrade like some said. Part of switching is moving the items over, between like houses this would be easy since they have the same floor and yard layout, between a medium and say a small, much harder. But really I hope they let personal do it too cause I so want that large plot on the top of the hill, or maybe the one i saw by the water in the video.

Well, I'd be ready to put every item back to their own spots if I could upgrade to larger house.

Sure I'd lose few items since for some reason they are destroyed when picked up, but it'd be worth it.

I'd imagine they'd just plop the furniture on the same npc you collect it from if the house gets demolished or possibly just smash everything into the first room and let you pick apart the pile and place it wherever (though if downgrades are an option the npc seems more likely). Hoping for more details on what the moving feature involves.
