Request to unlock Hempen set styles

While we're at it, can we have the Hempen Tunic be "All classes?" It has no bonus stats and is a level 1 item. It wouldn't break anything if it went from being "DoW Only" to open for any class.

It's not bonus stats, but the higher Defense stat that justifies restricting DoW gear (and further restricting tank gear). At level 1 the differences are minimal of course, but the Hempen Tunic does in fact have a higher Defense stat than the corresponding gear for DoM, DoH, or DoL (the Hempen Dalmatica, Hempen Kurta, and Hempen Dalmatica of Gathering). These four aren't level 1 for being glamour. They're level 1 for being designed for level 1 characters, and there's a piece for each of the game's class disciplines.
