Clemency is based off your attack power instead of MND, so it does affect it.

Simple test: Cast Clemency, pop FoF, cast Clemency again.

FoF increases Physical damage dealt. It doesn't effect Clemency. Berserk effects Equilibrium because Berserk is a buff to attack power.

Berserk would increase it, as it does Equilibrium and Second Wind, since it increases attack power. Fight or Flight, however, does not increase attack power—only damage dealt (adds a .3x modifier to damage calculations, much like Maim or Raging Blows, but larger)—and therefore does not.

Recommendation: if you have a "simple test" you can run, you may wish to run it before claiming, essentially, tool-tip inaccuracy and/or other's misinformedness?

trust me ive tried everything with clemency. Need a warrior, scholar, dragoon, and monk to hit those supa high crits on the warrior for fun.
