Welcome to Final Fantasy, where you can get banned because of "overusing" the given ways to communicate...
sometimes we don't spam enough fall back... too hard to understand
Aww you flatter me. But seriously you must have spammed this more than 6 times cause I'll spam whatever target I plan to attack at least 6 times and have yet to have a GM contact me about it lol. Especially at the beginning of a match if I don't recognize the name of the opposing healer I will spam "Attacking Healer" half a dozen times to get my point across.
That might be the case, but remember: No reports, no action. And there's a higher chance to get reported if you're using (and spamming) the commands sarcastically than when you are just trying to get your strategy heard. Especially if, as the OP surmised, it's one of those players trying "to get back at you", who're just yearning for an opportunity to report you. It might well even be that this was the primary reason the OP got warned, with the spamming being mere secondary.
But that's really just speculation.
It usually only takes one sensitive individual who feels wronged to go and report. So doing bannable offenses and not getting action taken is common. Their have been plenty of occasions of chat spam that goes without consequence. Not everyone is so high-strung or care enough to go and spend their time reporting.
Feast has come down to SE catering to the whining crying SJW players that now flood the ques.
Maybe we need to report SE for implementing this asinine quick chat.
Can react to chat spam, but not to the numerous wintraders in low-mid elo solo queue.![]()

People shouldn't have to be "warned" about this. It's called spam for a reason. Pushing the button once should get your point across. When I hopped into PVP to get Goten it would irk the crap out of me when I saw:
Attacking healer ×6
Not enough that I would report anyone over it but I'm not surprised people are taking steps to stop the spamming of these chat commands. If anything, when someone spammed like this I noticed more people would go out of their way to not follow the spammers directions.
Well it's an issue when people don't attack the healer after the first few times and so when nobody on the opposite team is dying then we spam "Attack Healer!" several more times people STILL refuse to do it.People shouldn't have to be "warned" about this. Reverse psychology. Attacking Tank! (but you actually want them not to hit the 0 stack tank.)
