Would make sense. According to lore in one of the Xaela tribes it is considered sexy to have a huge bloated belly. Yet you can't make a fat character. In fact the only game that allows creating a fat character is Sims.

There's Phantasy Star Online 2 , Saints Row 3-4, Dragons Dogma and Blade and Soul. All I could think of at the moment. Anyways yes, we need more proportionate bodies. SE need to realize bodies can be voluptuously beautiful and sexy while also being proportionally correct.

I lol'ed pretty hard at that, and its true. It seems a lot of people dig that banana/stick look, well that sure is funny, cuz when I had that look growing up..people teased the crap outta me, now I have a figure like..uh, Kate Upton..and uhh life is very different LOL
