From the perspective of someone doing Ifrit and strongholds, Comrade in Arms II is unfortunately a waste of a cooldown. Mobs either die too quickly (strongholds) or force you to value every single action (Ifrit). The TP gains from Comrade in Arms, to me, are not enough to justify the animation lock or the slot cost. It might be worth using if you assign the LNC in your party with the lowest DPS to maintain CiA uptime, which I hadn't thought of before you mentioned it, so thanks~
