Personally I would say for cross over skills would be....

Weaver, leather worker, carpenter lv 50 skills and cook at at least lv 37 I think it is for the skill there. Those are the ones I use a lot for crafting cross skills and I've found crafting to be fairly easy, having good crafting gear also helps.
