I remember them quickly making(with some controversy) the expeditioners gloves (?) and a shoe unisex when it was 1st released a female-only, but I'm not sure if that was before or after that interview.

Well in another thread someone posted that the Chinese players will get another exclusive outfit again..there is really no excuses anymore if you can handle creating all those stuff for one part of your playerbase (we only get them after posting a lot about it) and yet somehow cant release that bunny set for males. So sad. :/

But the whole point is that female characters already have a lot of special extras while males haven't even gotten anything yet despite being promised that the imbalance would be fixed. How do you jump from that to 'give me more cute stuff for my waifu first'?

I mean, if they wanted to give everyone Edda's outfit, that would be fine, or even better if they made a slightly more masculine version (I could see turning the dress into a frilly dress coat or something) that would not be subsequently unlocked for females unless the dress was for males...but as they've currently stated that there would be no male equivalent for the outfit, there's gonna be a problem if they release it before taking a single step to fix the preexisting issue.

Yeah, we get extras, but we also have to deal with BS variants on many unisex outfits. It sucks when we're forced to wear a skirt when men get pants, or bits and pieces of armor are stripped away for skin windows. Can't even look forward to getting to have the classic RDM look as its already shown we'll get some frilly, poofy nonsense.

I'd happily trade all these frilly, girly exclusives if I could not worry about outfits looking drastically different, or altered in some nonsense way. They really seem to be against men looking any bit feminine, but they also do not want female characters looking too masculine or rough. It sucks.

I know you're just looking for anything you possibly can to complain about, but I would just like to draw attention to the fact that THIS is exactly the same outfit as THIS. You're only undermining your own point when you tell lies, intentionally or otherwise.

Except there is a very distinct difference you're either just not seeing or trying not to see. The collar and sleeves are very different. If you can't then look up during the reveal of the Collector's they had an assistant dressup up in the female's attire and you clearly see it.

Don't downplay people's issues as "complaining just to complain". Male characters have issue with many genderlocked attire, and I have an issue with unisex attire not keeping uniformity. Both of these need to be addressed as a whole.
