Monk- lets add the best synergy with DK (Dragon Kick change)

I wonder if Mantra was not cross-classable if Monk usefulness would raise.

I wish they would just allow Mantra to spread the current fist / stance effect to the raid. Adjust the CD as needed and/or remove the healing benefit.

Also make Fist of Wind not useless. <.<
