It's poking fun at the chat removal from Feast PVP. The argument is that chat in that particular PVP mode was too toxic, so veteran PVPers are pointing out the ridiculousness of that idea by mentioning that toxicity occurs in PVE as well, and yet players aren't being held under a mass gag order for 24-man raids, EX primals, etc.

Actually it do was far more toxic than any chat. For the few feast I've done before 3.5 as BLM, it was all the time "Why the f*ck are you playing BLM, go SMN", and it's only about the job, there was far moreIt's poking fun at the chat removal from Feast PVP.
