And I wish ALL new jobswere healers because I hate tanking and don't like to play a pure DPS.

I wish Jobs could change Roles by equipping different weapons, rather than a weapon determining the job. Take Arcanist/Summoner/Scholars. Nix Scholars, it's just Summoner, but you can equip a heal book to summon faeries and use spells like that, or a DPS book to summon egi's and use offense spells.
