Leves fates and dungeons?

FATEs used to be the standard method for farming XP prior to the introduction of PotD. They should still work, although you preferrably want 3+ people doing them to speed them up.
Daily roulettes are a great source of XP. You can also do repeated runs of the highest-level dungeons you have access to - they should give a significant chunk of XP per run.
Levequests can be done too, but they are best used for leveling the crafting and gathering classes.
Keep an eye on your challenge log too - some of those challenges give some nice XP.
For your main class (and then job) that you're using through the Main Scenario, you shouldn't need very much in the way of XP farming except perhaps in the late 40's where there's a bit of a level gap in the MSQ, or into your 50's when the amount of XP needed to level rises dramatically. Do your roulette once a day and follow the main quests and important side-quests (blue icon with the plus sign in the corner), and you'll rarely need much more than that.
If you do need a bit extra, then yes, another dungeon run, a run through Palace of the Dead, a few FATEs or Leves, or clearing out your hunting log should give you the boost you need. Or if there's some around the right level, include a few extra sidequests along with the main scenario ones. (Going back to lower level sidequests, though, is a waste of their XP, which could be better used bringing up a second class through the level it's designed for.) Guildhests also give a bonus the first time they're run with a given class, making them useful that once (though they're pathetically low on XP when repeated thereafter).
If you go back and level additional classes, you won't have the Main Scenario available again, and you'll soon run out of sidequests as well (especially if you want to level several or all of them). So then leveling becomes more grind-focused. Luckily, they'll have the armoury bonus giving a whopping 100% extra XP up to level 50 and 50% from 50 to 60, at least for mob kills (doesn't affect quest turn in XP).
Once you get into your early 40's another source of XP will open up. There are daily repeatable quests from various beast tribes. (Yes, the same creatures we usually fight have sub-groups whom we befriend instead.) The Ixal ones are one of the best sources of XP for DoH classes. And the others provide a repeatable source of XP for combat jobs. These are mostly done to farm reputation with each of the groups, but it also provides quest XP that you won't run out of.
Well, it's been a lot longer than that since FATEs have been the best XP source at least below 50, though they're certainly a useful additional source. But dungeons have given a lot better XP than FATEs since I think it was around 2.2 or so when SE buffed them significantly to avoid people leveling just through FATEs. The usual pattern for farming XP is to keep running dungeons, but use the time you're waiting in queue to do FATEs in the meantime (and your hunting log).
When Heavensward originally came out and people were leveling into their early 50's but their highest available (lvl 50) dungeons had been designed as endgame content, so didn't give XP, FATE grinding had a bit of a resurgence specific to that level range, but when SE changed those dungeons to provide XP, most of the FATE grinding went away again. I thought at that point the dungeons became once again the best XP source. Didn't they?
FATEs have another benefit, though. In addition to being a good XP source, they also provide a really good source for GC seals at the same time. So do Grand Company Levequests. Dungeons only provide a reliable source of seals when run through the Roulette, and only once per day (though extra dropped items can often be traded for some seals).
The challenge log also has the advantage that it encourages doing a bit of several different things rather than getting into a rut of just doing the same thing over and over again. Grinding seems far less grindy if you include some variety in it.

Thats great because i wanna level a machinist or a ninja after my drg. Also whats this armory bonus exp ?
It's a type of bonus that stacks on your lower secondary classes, also if your a sprout you can get some bonus XP with mentor as well. Try doing weekly challenge log, hunts, and get your rep up to get XP scrolls from the new squadron program you can get Easy XP scrolls that way as well. You may also want to read on patch notes. One of the new things is that you can have your chocobo, get one at lvl 30, to fight alongside you while your in queue. Just released this patch ^^.

To make leveling multiple classes eaiser, there's an XP buff given to all additional combat classes once you've first passed that point on another combat class.
So, on every DoW/DoM class other than the one that's currently your highest leveled one, you get extra XP for killing enemies. It's a 100% bonus while leveling from 1 to 50 and a 50% bonus while leveling from 50 to 60. (I believe the Active Help tip explaining it still erroneously states that it's dependent on how far apart the levels of your current class and highest class are. But it isn't. It's a flat 100% or 50%.) For reasons I don't entirely understand, this XP bonus is referred to as an Armory Bonus.
And it stacks with a lot of other bonuses. So if you have a 100% Armory Bonus, and a 50% Rested XP bonus (from logging out in or spending time in a Sanctuary), and a 30% bonus from wearing the Brand New Ring, and a 10% bonus from your FC using the Heat of Battle action, and a 3% bonus from eating food, well, that's a 193% extra XP before you even begin building up a kill chain that can boost it as well.

My comments aren't really useful to to you, Amzz, my apologies for that. But I just wanted to say how nice it was to encounter - for a change - people being so helpful and welcoming!
Sometimes I think reading the forums is a bad idea; it convinces me that the game is full of folk who just want to snipe, complain & generally behave unpleasantly, which it turn makes me wary of trying to do content with anyone I don't know. You guys here have done something to restore my faith in the community
As always thank you for the boatload of info Niwashi. I appreciate you so much. Is there a certain level before the armor bonus activates ?
Bravo im definitely going to check the notes for info cuz i have no idea what exp scrolls and sqaudrons are. Thanks for the insight.
I agree elladie. I was quite thrilled with how quickly people responded with paragraphs of info and explanations on different topics. Cleared up a huge losd of my questions and even future questions. I love the community here tbh its awesome.
Oh i see thanks. Is there a certain buff thst shows up or is it automatic
