I love this idea. It would finally validate my alchemy and make me feel useful. It really ticked me off when they said Alchemy wasn't used in anything Materia-wise, it being a sciency type thing and Alchemist being basically a scientist. Would very much help with all the useless T1-2 materia clogging up my inventory lol I don't wanna toss it away but I can't get it to sell either.

I like this idea too. It would make up for everything that was taken away from Alchemist during the 1.19 update.

I hope eventually culinarian and alchemist can do something with materia. Maybe have magic materia combined with alchemy and melee sorts of materia made with culinarian or something. XD I think it's sad they are kind of left out of the materia loop right now.
