    What they should have done is made more large plots per ward but only allowed FCs to buy the large ones (but still able to buy the others). It makes more sense to me for a big building to house 100+ players than only 1 (private house). The whole system wasn't thought through really.

    Had the same thought a while back but got shot down by other players. I've had a small personally and it was too small for me. Can't imagine running a FC out of it. Medium is great for both personal use and FC. I would never own a large as a personal. Just way too much IMO, although I really like the openness of the main floor. If you cut out the basement it would be perfect.
