    PvP Hall of Novice

In my opinion it would be nice to have an Hall of novice dedicated to PvP,
    let me explain my suggestion:

Before you can enter in any kind of PvP content for the 1st time you will have to complete the Basic stage of the PvP Hall of novice.

It will briefly explain for your role what should you do generally, what should you be aware of, how to win a match and what's the difference between PvP and PvE.

    For example,
as Healer you will have 3 NPC chasing you and you have to survive for x mins,
then you will have a party to heal for x min.

As DPS will be required to set a burst, to follow calls and so on...
As Tank they will explain how tu support a burst, negate one or help you healer,
and most of all HOW TO NOT PICK UP 400 medals

and in the last training you will experience a simulation of a 4vs4 match.

I know it could be odd because pvp involves to predict how the other will act, but atleast this will give totally unaware people a theoric knowledge of it and about the mechanics of Matches and Frontlines.
(and please make it synced at ilv 150)

After I would like to see an harder version of it, where you can simulate harder matches with NPC opponent that will time their burst together, give calls, have a reactive opponent healer and so on,
but I know this will require a lot of effort and a strong AI to implement it x)

    That's a good idea!
It would be good to explain PVP skills and how to use them too (at least at a basic level).

I would love that. I would love to learn which PvP skills are essential (despite the long CD) and which PvE skills can be ignored.

I had the entire ARR to learn how to play a Ninja.

I had a 5 minutes crash course for PvP.

Yes, stuff like this would of helped prevented the so called reason to remove the chat..
It could explain the differences of PvP and PvE effects and.. why does protect do nothing now? why can't it have an effect with giving healers dispel abilities.. like.. most games?

That's a great idea, just like PVE training grounds!

Make new people understand the basics, to use PVP skills etc...

I bet it would encourage more people to join PVP!

Problem with this is that pvp strats change, so do burst rotations and not all tanks control the same. They can't be constantly updating the pvp training to account for changing tactics.

E.G. chasing healers isn't really a thing anymore, they kind of just stand there and take it. A MCH bursts things down in a matter of seconds and then is useless for 3 mins, while a MNK is more about constant damage and harassment. PLD focuses more on stun locking single targets while DRK is more about AoE bind and heavy, WAR tends to clear out crowds with knockback and drag back single targets trying to run.

It would be hard to make the training accommodate all jobs and possible tactics now and in the future.

I could of used this. It was like my third time healing and as soon as the fight started the entire enemy team made a beeline straight for me. I was not prepared.

I know but this should be just a first help for people who actually didn't know anything about pvp,
almost all newcomers healer in their first matches get surprised about how fast damage could be set in pvp, both on you or on a party member.

Also some players don't even know how you will win (both FL and 4vs4), how medals works, how boxes works and so on,
for example I would like to say "hey, as tank usually you shouldn't get DEF up box" or other "basic" strategy.

For DPS more than give them a "burst the healer" objective, is follow the call/marks + learn what your burst is and and some example of when you should land it (Vulnerability up, Heavy medal target, healer slept...)
Just some "Hey, instead of spam feint while running you can do a lot of things" pratical tips.
