    Well, I don't think it will be Rhalgr either. I think it would be Shinryu as it wasn't specified what exactly what Ilberd's Primal will look like. I just think that due to Omega being involved, and the possibility of the influence of the dragons eyes it will end up being Shinryu. Btw, can i see the picture when the legs are there? I never noticed it. Plus, considering it's mirroring the Calamity, with a lot of similarities, why couldn't the being contained in the Dalamud-esque creation be dragon?

    The issue is that a Primal requires worshippers or at least believers to be sustained. Even Odin tempers one person. Primals don't have true form independent of the belief that gives them form. Thus for the primal to be a dragon primal it would need people sustaining it. Huge numbers of people worship Rhalgr so a Rhalgr primal has no issue. Shinryu however has never been mentioned once and the only primal like dragon was Bahamut.
