3.5 quests and story line help

Yeah, I saw all of that. But I still don't see the quest they describe at the Rising Stones.
Perhaps I never completed something in the previous Heavensword series, though I thought I did.
I did complete Heavensward level 60 quest.

I'm now looking for "An Ending to Mark a New Beginning." in my journal log, but don't see it, but there are so many places to look through all of that not sure where to look.

I'm finding it very frustrating how a quest line will end with no indicators for the previous quest of what/where to go/do.

After that, the next quest should be waiting for you in The Rising Stones - Mor Dhona.

Patch story line? Hmm, I don't see anything with the name patch. Guessing you mean it has some other specific name?

Yeah I mean the menu categories like "Post Dragonsong War Quests".

No quest there. I've been getting the quest lines before at the Rising Stones. And I've got the level 60 Heavensward quest completed in my Journal.
