The New Chat Restriction in The Feast

Another suggestion:

Disable free text in Wolves Den, enable only the new Text Macro implemented this patch + all the Autotraslate words and senteces.
If some combo of them are still salty, they can disable some combination of them and/or remove all the autotranslate of DoL and DoH for example.

I don't know if someone already suggested it, but there are all way too many post to read, I read only few pages x.x

The lower ranks (unranked, bronze, silver) I would imagine have much more activity than higher (Gold, Platinum, Diamond) right now because of the Garo event.

Restricting chat to auto-chat things that have to go on a hotbar to be useful? Please no, this is awful. Can't help the new players by giving them advice, can't coordinate, there's no auto-chat option for 'their ninja is hiding up on their spawn with 300 medals, focus that one'. This has to go, please give us chat back.

Seriously, the new chat restrictions do more harm than good, especially in lower ranks or 8v8 where actually communicating to direct people is vital to success. The provided commands aren't good enough and simply clog your hotbars even more when considering how many pve and pvp skills already exist. The bloat is awful and unacceptable.

SE probably got as tired of people bitching about toxicity as they were of the ones actually making it and just effectively told everyone to shut the hell up.

....they'll live. Feast just ain't that complicated. If anyones genuinely interested in improving their game..they'll search out the necessary knowledge. Its there. The rest, be it noob or vet will just continue to do what theyve been doing when chat was allowable. Thing is, noobies now have the room to learn in forced peace. A new healer may now play 10 matches ina row, correcting a glaring mistake after the first 4...whereas he very well may have quit after the first one due to insults.

Just had a tank in Feast ranked, 10 medals, did he have any cooldowns left? no he popped HG about 30 seconds ago and with 1 tank, and 2 dps on my ass, reckon I could keep him up?

I dunno, I guess I agree with you. You had like 900+ games in season 2 with full, unrestricted chat and never learned anything.

Maybe you'll learn something now.
