When is the Moogle Cap going to be available on the store or as a pre-order reward?

I mean, since you're including the cloth map that was in the 1.0 CE, I imagine you'll be doing the same for the ARR exclusives that certain players missed out on?

When I inquired about it maybe a year or so ago I was told SE was against the idea of selling exclusives that were available for certain purchases, but it looks like that's not the case anymore.

Probably never, seeing as the cloth Eorzea map (originally included with 1.0's CE) was not actually available for players in one region (the US strangely enough) while the moogle cap was available for players in all regions equally and just required you to preorder ARR, so the map being included again in Stormblood's CE is finally making it available to US players who kind of had to wait seven years for it now ).

They're two totally different concepts, one is a physical item included in a Collector's edition, the other is an in game item that was given as an incentive to preorder the game. The later usually are never offered again once the game they were promoting launches. Of course SE could rerelease it on the Mog Station, but I don't see it happening.

Yeah I think it's an even bigger problem that they're giving out a physical exclusive item that was available in the 1.0 CE.

You get the Moogle Cap if you pre-ordered ARR, which I did, so I have it. You look absolutely silly and ridiculous when you wear it and it gives 20% XP when you're below LV 10. The main reason I pre-ordered was to get the absolutely adorable mini Cait Sith.
