Lorewise, male Miqo'te are fairly rare, so you wouldn't see many anyway...but we also only have two Miqu'ittens in-game at all, so you don't have much of a sample size. If they add more, eventually I'm sure we'll see a boy or two; it was ages before we got even a single male Keeper NPC, remember, and Au Ra are still super rare.
