Honestly, I feel almost certain that that is going to be Yda at this point.

I did find the cliffhanger to be a bit frustrating, admittedly, but a lot of stuff did end up happening during the MSQ's. I suspect that the next batch of MSQ's, released in March, will be pretty beefy as there's a lot of plot points to wrap up and advance in preparation for 4.0. I wouldn't be surprised if we end up getting a surprise dungeon/trial thrown into the mix. I believe that was the case with Nabriales?

This felt less like two story parts but like one coherent storypatch cut in half. It ended too abruptly imo.

When used for appropriate pacing when a story needs a bit of downtime? Yes.

Not that such downtime was necessary right now in the story, but it has its proper place and thus should be included at times.
