Can we make starting at 50 on new jobs optional? (RDM and w/e else is coming out)

I think I would prefer just having a long quest chain to unlock the pre-50 abilities. That way we don't have to grind/power-level to catch up from scratch, and this way we can slowly be introduced to its abilities by following the quest instead of starting with a but load of buttons with no idea what to do and how to do it.

Actually this would be very nice.
Very basic and obvious skill could be given right off the bat,but through the first quest they could introduce us to more skill until we get all the 1-50 skills.
