Garo MGP Vendor?

It said in the Dev Blog we'd be able to purchase the Garo gear for MGP, despite it being an undyeable version. I can't seem to find the vendor for it. Has it not been put in yet? Or is it being put in at 3.55?

Been wondering this as well. The PVP dyeable sets have all been implemented, so not too sure. All I see is a list of achievements related to the GARO equipment in the patch notes, nothing else. Maybe the Event isn't entirely active yet.

Do we have an idea on how long? It is not like you just do a small questline for it. You need to farm lots of stuff and people might want to get more than one set.

There's no other NPC there. The only one that's there is for Wolf Marks.
