at level 30 you have 6 slots

Yeah. That's the only reason I said anything. THM doesn't get the trait so Raise is impossible in combat.

She didn't say she used combat raise (though yes, it was implied) - she might have lagged behind for some reason, and caught up in time of death - since she's not in combat, then raise whoever died.

In regards to the cc - she's not a blm, but a thm. CC is 1 per every 5 levels, so having 6 at level 30 is plausible, since she has no soul crystal equipped.

Today,

With my monk, I queue on Duty Roulette: Leveling
I end up on Aurum Vale.
I say Hello, another DPS replies "Hello"
Then the Tank and Healer are silent and not moving. (I checked afterwise on the Lodestone and they were both from the same FC)

After a while, the other DPS leaves on his own.
And oh miracle the tank decide to become alive and leave the dungeon just right after the DPS.

Let me share my tale:

The usual Aurum Vale for me is when i kill Cyclope boss solo from 60-70% HP to 0%.

After that, solo again now in Sword Stance (healer ressed and was standing behind barrier) :

Got to love it when you get blamed for things you didn't do. Joined a WT Bismark EX group yesterday as my PLD. Didn't need it but joined to help and maybe get a bird. Everything is fine till we get to the Blue/Green add phase. The other tank was a DRK, I quickly tried to tell where he was going to go and he just went to the middle so I decided to go straight for the north add. Something happens with the DRK add and I see something going on in chat. Later the DRK starts blaming me for first heading to the South add and then suddenly changing to the north add because I think a healer died during the add phase. I told him no I went straight for the north add. And as the fight continued the DRK wouldn't shut up about it. But whatever we ended up winning with no bird and I just said ty for the party and left cause I didn't want to hear anymore whining from the DRK.

One guy in alliance not only trying to explain every single fight in the instance despite being asked not to, but doing it in a really bad way, like "I'll give you a hint: remember Crystal Tower?" At third boss he started to give advice to healers in the alliance: "I'm just going to say this because this is an issue. You need to cast AoE heals. Medica II >>> Medica".

I get that he was probably thinking he was trying to be helpful, but he was anything but, and he just didn't stop despite being repeatedly told to do exactly that.

And in general, I don't really get why some people seem to think that people just can't figure out the simplest mechanics without having them explained in detail. Most of the stuff in this kind of casual content is really self-evident after having seen it once or twice. Give people a chance!
