    Dark Knight Lv 90
    LvL 30 and LvL 35 Jobs skills from BLM aren't worth loosing those extra cross class slots, but yeah time to LvL Archer till 34 for Raging Strikes and Quelling Strikes, other good cross class skills are Eye for an Eye, Virus and Physick.

    Uh, did you forget about the Attribute boost? Jobs get a huge boost to Attributes over classes. That's why they are so critical right at 30.
