    When does this change gonna happen ?
    After the next maintenance on (I think) Monday. But people are saying it's a bad translation in the English notes. Dev confirmation would be nice.

    God if this happens im gonna be pissed.

    Was leveling War to get this lovely bear but i couldn't hit 60 fast since my play time has been reduced
