Didn't see any threads discussing this. If I happened to miss one, my apologies. In any event, there are some interesting notes to digest with the upcoming content.

• Zurvan Extreme will be tuned closer to A12 Savage.
• Jump Potions will not be implemented before 4.0 and will not be bundled (ala Legion).
• Aether Oil and Umbrite nerfs unlikely before 3.55. Both were mentioned though.
• Proto Ultima will release in 3.55 and drop accessories.
