Technically, both of them are useless at that low level. You won't notice much a DPS difference for not using cleric at level 15 and at least your team won't yell at you.

This is only true IF you are wearing low level gear, as that is general DoM gear that has both int and mnd. If you're a high level player synced down however, you likely get NO int on your gear whatsoever.
