In-game or officially sanctioned parser. Even if it were restricted to yourself and no one else could see. There are a good many people who do not even realizing they aren't performing up to par. Adding something to reflect that might help encourage those players to improve.

As a PS4 player i would welcome a real parser. Not that i raid but it would be interesting to see if im doing shit right except going after the hatelist.
