It really isn't. All three tanks are pretty boring at a very high level.

WAR just happens to have 18 seconds of [What am I doing with my life] which makes it somehow even worse than Always Busy DRK and Easily Optimized PLD.

But that's okay because tanking in general isn't that interesting intrinsically in this game.
