Atleast that's all I've seen from MMORPG .com that have mentioned anything about the blue mage.
The part about the PLD and the DRK I don't get either.

I took this to be talking about the closing of Heavensward and the beginning of Stormblood:

The sun rises in the east- Ala Mhigo is located on the eastern part of Eorzea.
It's been made clear the main color and theme of Stormblood is red.
Darkening skies has been used symbolically to refer to cataclysmic conflict; I would see no different for FFXIV.
The sun falls, well, the sun sets in the west- Ishgard and the Sharlyan outpost known as Idyllshire all fall on Eorzea's western range.
Azure brings to mind our friend, Estinien, who has taken to the idea of venturing off on his own. Perhaps we'll be seeing him again in Stormblood.

It's a little poetic tidbit that I don't think hints to blue mage, but just how Heavensward will transition into Stormsblood.
