Victory under the Canopy achievement???

apparently the NPC that pops at emerald moss for the Victory under the canopy achievement is named Roysia.. popped on Kashuan like 30 mins ago. people seem to think this only happens once every 4 days so u have to be extremely lucky to get this achievement. Anyone who wants this next time should camp emerald moss all day on Thursday lol

Also I hate these ones that you can only get by pure chance you are online at the right time.

I did the battle at Camp Glory the other day.. Killed one complete wave (maybe 100 mobs) until they withdrew.. The battle started up again almost immediately but I never got any achievement from it

And yes I did sign up with the Malitia Outrider.

The Militia guy dissapears immediately and you dont get a chance to talk to him.. I wonder if this is in fact a fail? In which case even with lv50 mass murdering it is impossible to solo win?

That "people" would be me when I posted it on Pads.

I just typed all this up for future reference:

If you didn't see my posts last night, I can theorize with confidence that the Emerald Moss Imperial Attack (Victory Beneath the Canopy) happens every 4 days between 10:00pm - 12:00pm EST. This is the time I saw this going on, so it's not 100% http://www.ffxivpro.com/achievement/943

During this time, Alfgar will appear only in Gridania near the Chocobo Stables and GC Criers. And Roysia will be at Camp Emerald Moss in the spot where the Battle Warden spawns where she'll direct you to the Militia Outrider is due west of the camp. Keep in mind that Roysia can despawn because the Battle Warden will pop over her or when Imperial forces withdraw/get vanquished and a new wave happens shortly later.

This Imperial Attack is different in that the Imperial mobs spawn in place like normal mobs. So you'll have to run around and find them on both the lower and upper levels (they won't spawn past the northern lake) Upon vanquishing the Imperials, the chest drops Deaspected Crystals)

Now for the Imperial Attack at Camp Glory (Victory in the North), I'm not too sure of the times it happens, but it looks as if it happens every day except for the days the Emerald Moss one happens. http://www.ffxivpro.com/achievement/939

During this time you'll have an NPC near each city-state's Adventurer Guilds (LL: Saintrelmaux, Ul'dah: Bloeyhyr, Grid: Hadrian) crying about an attack at Camp Glory. At the camp, you'll find Elvide who will direct you to the Militia Outrider towards the East.

This attack is similar to the originals, except you have to kill a lot of these new Elites, it'll spawn a boss Imperial called a Pilus Prior. Kill him (he needs to die to get the Victory in the North), and the chest drops different loot than Deaspected Crystals (one I remember is a Muscle Restorative in which it'll buff HP. Best part about it is how you can stack it with food. My LS leader went from 4200 HP to 4400 HP when he tested it out)
