How do you get the music? I did the quest ending in the FATE and got the headgear but I don't see any follow-up offering the music scroll.

There is 2 event related NPCs standing together nearby, in front of the event quest giver. Just talk to the left one and it opens a merchant window where you can buy the music scroll and some other stuff.

You buy it for 5,000 gil from the vendor. :B

Oh, I assumed it would be like the Starlight event where it was a request reward.
