i want this red fenrir ...
ROFL, so they show one of the new (old) character central to the Stormblood expansion doing a dance and they plan on selling it to us????

I want that new dance emote.
Why didn't they release it with the heavensturn event?![]()
I wish I knew, as it seems like the perfect event for something like this.
I've long sicne given up trying to reason out what factors into SE's decision regarding exlusive items. My only guess is they felt that this emote would be the most culturally appropriate for the Chinese version of the game, which I can understand but at the same time there is a very large demand for such culturally inspired items on the NA/EU/JP side of things. Not to mention, there are many players of mix ancestry that don't play the chinese version of the game but would still find this emote culturally approrpiate for them.
Ho hum.
Whiner, no more useless topic about region exclusive please.
Yoshida and SE aren't responsible for China and Korean's exclusive stuff, both region bought the game's rights and can now do what they want with it with the condition to use the base SE is developping.
As has already been stated in this thread before, wrong.
All items for every version of this game are made by the in house development team, there is NO OTHER development team but the one housed in Japan. The only other 'out of house' teams that exist are customer service and localization teams for the various verisons.
And considering Yoshi-P asked, in a live letter, for members of the community to provide their feedback regarding exlusive items, I'll continue to do so. Thanks![]()

Would buy quite a bit of those region locked items. I can appreciate that SE doesn't want to flood the Mogstation with stuff for purchase, in which case, hey, feel free to make them available through in-game methods then. Angel/Demon outfits? Could've been plugged into the Halloween event just fine as costumes. The Chinese exclusive dance? Moonfire Festival would have been a great time to add something like that. Same thing with the Sun Wukong set.
That is just how people are when it comes to content for certain people. They expect everything to be obtainable free even if certain things are out of the developers control and would exaggerate how important those contents are even if they are not that important.Am I the only one who couldn't give a damn about Region Exclusives? I mean exclusives are supposed to be exactly that... Exclusive.
Don't know why peope feel so entitled to something just because they want it and are jealous. The world isn't going to end because you can't get a few glamour items.
Look at Mobius Final Fantasy Global community, for example, as certain people are over exaggerate how Legend Jobs are the only Jobs that can beat endgame stuff like 4 star multiplayer bosses but as the JP ranking has shown a lot of the Normal Free Summon Jobs can handle endgame with some performing better than Legend Jobs and Legend Jobs are not required for endgame. Yes, it is a greedy move by the Chinese/Taiwanese developers sponsering FF Mobius Global version and managing the Global version sales more towards Chinese and Taiwanese players as I am against this type of means but there are already free alternatives for those Legend Jobs already in the game and more free alternatives to arrive later.

I don't think its a matter of entitlement. The thread is quite clearly ASKING that these region exclusive items no longer be made region exclusive, and that all future additional items to the game are not made region exclusive. Overall, I don't think that's asking for too much.Am I the only one who couldn't give a damn about Region Exclusives? I mean exclusives are supposed to be exactly that... Exclusive.

What does SE lose? Not being SE I'm not sure, but if a customer can't see the downside, SE can't expect us to understand it and accept their stance.
What does SE gain? Profit. Sell these on the Mog Station, make money, invest it back into the game, make the game better, and everyone is happy.
Oh my....shhh let them get exclusive stuff or let them get it earlier than us. Remember chinese version is still at patch 3.3 or so nothing wrong with them having stuff we dont have currently.
